Nothing as there to like except the motivation by the sales director. The product which we worked on is good.

This was my 4th company but nothing seems good and the environment is also very bad. The team members are unskilled, ill-mannered and all refresher. The operation manager was from call center who do not know anything about travels, the vice president is from airtel, and the bosses are shifted to china. There is no growth at all no salary hike no incentives nothing on its words. After 6 month also I wasn't offered permanent employee letter. The work pressure was very high, none of them even the managers didnt bother to sort any problem of our clients. Sometime I had to work till 14 to 15 hrs yet no extra payment was given and that no appriciation for the same. There was no proper training given to junior and so me as a senior had to give them but than there was no compensation for the work. Every month the salary was delayed. There is also problem with the bookings as few payment pending to pay the suppliers. Any travelling done for the company was 40 60 which means 40 % borne by the employee and rest by the company. Work Details

Generally speaking on my work role I had to visit Travel agents and get sales but than I had to look after the entire process like bookings, payments and after sales and on board services. I used to be on toes travelling overall Mumbai and outskirts too.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
