Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? No proper planning for invoicing. No proper dispatch planning. No SOP. Too much work load and work pressure. Do not receive documents on time. Too much followup and reminders with inter office department. Vendor payment not released in time. Export team has to handle work related to export import finance. Have to handle both Export and Import shipments, no separate team for Export and Import. Cannot take long holiday coz of work load. Team streanth very less as compared to work load.
