Hr department ashutosh sir was very helpful other than that nothing is great about this company

Management is worse i can't just imagine the worst people they work here until you are licking someones shoes you can't grow .salary increament forget that they deduct it ..you have to sale but products range are not available ..they can terminate you whenever they want

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
