It all depends in which team you are. GTT is good for freshers. Top level management is good. Policies are recently revised hence they are much much better now. Skills wise you learn a lot in first 6 months but again as I said team matters. 80% of the teams DO NOT have morning shifts but working from office in night shifts is reallyFUN. You do not get Indian holidays though they are listed in GTT holiday list, your manager will ask to work on festive days and I would say you should because you are paid double....Read More

Take it positive or negative way "If you are highlighted infront of Management than only you get promoted ". Appraisals- Fake Hopes are given to retain you and its covered later stating No Budget. Its not project based work, Its all on ticketing which puts you down after some span.

I appreciate the remote work option, and the management and team processes are great. However, it would be even more beneficial if the company could offer more opportunities for technical skill development.

GTT is a good company for beginners & who have less than 2 years of experience.

Dislikes

No exposure on technical kinds of stuff & A lot of dependencies is there. You become dependent on international guys as accesses/responsibilities are given to Indian guys. If you are getting an offer & reporting manager is Ajith or Santiago then do not accept the offer. Otherwise, you will sacrifice your own growth by your own hand. The above statements are comes from 5 years of experience.

My colleagues were something that kept me motivated to work. Looking forward to challenges and growth is what I was looking for but none of that happened.

The management was incompetent and spoke only their regional language (Telugu) all the meetings and general communication took place in the same language. You were welcome to the club only if you knew Telugu. Any suggestions and ideas presented were turned down and you were shown the door. Only people with high political behavior could survive in the company as that is the only skill they look for. Your ability and talent do not matter at all....Read More

Great working culture. Lots of technical things to learn. Good platform for freshers as well as experienced candidates. Can have handon exposure on technologies.
