It is a good company to learn about the ins and outs of an industry.

No work life balance. Salary is very less. In a month you will get only 4 days off that is including Sundays.

First HR ask to come for face to face interview even you don't go on 1st time still they insist you to come for interview, when you reach there and wait for 1-2 hours and more in last they said they already select candidate for the post. , even review some my friends working in the company working culture and work appraisal is very worst then smaller company.
