This was a great experience to me for working for myself,there was no boss types system it was great you all can learn many things from the seniors over-there,team work is the best there no complain, people get chance to go out and work in clients place get great experience for getting work done. Very chilled office,if u want to work in open space you can do that too. the work is to done on time. Total job securities over here....Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
