Highly Unsecured Job. In 7 Years i saw 3 layoffs. What kind of management they do we don't get it. Company shows symptoms to close the business vertical. Unethical Practices by HR. Higher level people are highly not suitable for role. They will sink the company.

GS E&C have closed their Delhi office in 2021. Since then Mumbai office is also under constant threat of closure. Since GS Korea is not having any sizeable international projects in hand. Future of operation of GS Mumbai office is uncertain. The Management here has no clue on further operation of the company and hence there are many good people are leaving and management is not doing any efforts to retain them.
