Highly Unsecured Job. In 7 Years i saw 3 layoffs. What kind of management they do we don't get it. Company shows symptoms to close the business vertical. Unethical Practices by HR. Higher level people are highly not suitable for role. They will sink the company.

Familiar environment during covid-19 by company,all managment & supporting staff are helpful, company provided safety item for save in covide-19 like hand sensitizer,mask to safe all employees & training to maintain social distance.

It has been a fantastic journey altogether with the company. Superiors have been very supportive and encouraging. Ex- Employees are given the first priority in the next project. Work culture has always been professional. Management do consider the potential candidates and acknowledge their work by appreciating their commitments. Policies has been bit rigid and sometimes flexible as well.

Dislikes

Salary for the ex-employee is not considered in the preceding project. Rotational vacation of Eight months for 15 days is bit harsh on the supervisors.

Work Details

The job has been good. We sometimes struggle in getting drawing or prompt clear cut answers from the vendors. But overall with the help of Field Engineers & SI the problems get sorted. It has been a smooth flow for me with work life at GS E&C

1. Communication gap between head office and Mumbai office. "Do as directed" culture. 2. Immature HR policies. No vision for handling and retaining employees. 3. Opeque administration. Company doesn't take employees in confidence. This creates uncertainties, anxiety in the mind of employees.
