I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. It’s a multinational company ,so have experience more together worked with other nationals and share the knowledge.

They recruiting employees in contract basis.So if one project finished we have to wait for another project.
