The team I built was great. I had Good colleagues.

Dislikes

Well it's a family business. Few Employees are ruining the work environment but no action is taken against them. If you don't work it's fine but you should be good at satisfying the ego of some worthless individuals. No recognition. Poor salary. No regard for Employees.
