This company having all old staff and they don’t support new person. HR team is one of the worst team ever I work. They don’t tell or introduce new employee to old and also not inform about their policies. At the time of appraisal they are not help new employee to understand about their software. They assume that new employee havinggod power to know everything. When new employees ask for doubt they never help. Old people don’t have knowledge their policies....Read More
