Specifically, I want to talk about design department. No NPD JUST COPY AND PAST job. Design management relatively dumb. They would not let anybody grow. Try to stop from being better. No job security. If you are puppy and dog or licker you can save your job. Design seniors are nearly illiterate from an engineering point of view. Food is chargeable. Lala type company for engineer to work. But I have great respect to the owner. And if someone wants to learn he can learn from their infrastructure. No training....Read More
