Presently recruiting below average candidates. Career growth is very negligible even on promotion the work is not changing only some additional salary. Appraisal system is totally biased and one has to sign the appraisal only. Training is only to fulfill the requirement of internal systems as it is of no use because neither related to your work nor to the product. Very low level dirty politics is there. At present working environment is also becoming very poor due to poor leadership and non professionalism approach of Management....Read More

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
