If you're South Indian and you're not comfortable with hindi then it will take sometime to mingle with the crowd here. WLB takes a hit sometimes (mostly its fine), career growth is slow (1-2 years for salary hike, 3-4 fpr promotion)

It's not a good platform for anyone who want to start their career and if they have a experience in politics they can able to survice, they are not considered about your skills, you just have to hold big drums to your managers and to your seniors.

Dislikes

They don't have culture to appretiate your work, If you stand out for your rights you'll be kicked out with some random reason. They don't have the good work culture to balance your work-life. If you have done a mistake you'll not be given a chance to improve it or you don't even get the guidance to work on it.

Favouritism. "Who says" is more important than "what is being said" in meetings. Sometimes, you might feel like you're being penalized for being smart. If there's a problem, the founders will always side with the senior management (zero respect for level 2 employees).
