Good Learning, new skill development, freedom to take assignments on own, casuals allowed in office.

Dislikes

Almost all Saturdays working, poor work life balance, 11 to 13 hours working, Director is of horrible attitude, seniors are sometimes rude. No gathering or outings.

There is no proper recognition to employees and stories to retain employees. Employees need to work for 2.5 years for getting last year bouns. Ex- FY 20-21 bonus they given in aug,21 with condition of working for another one year. Means if you resign before aug,22 you need to pay back entire bonus amount you got for working in FY 20-21
