They ask you to leave at a whim. Job Security is non existent. No support at all. Instead they asked employees to take paycuts and now make them work for over 10 hours a day. They are using WFH to exploit employees to the fullest.

Well the list is pretty long. 1. Politics 2. Micromanagement 3. Bootlickers preferred 4. Employees disrespected 5. Poor decision making 6. Unwillingness to listen to employees but eager to provide "feedback" to employees which is often negative 7. No work life balance 8. Toxic work culture 9. Rampant blame game 10. Hypocrisy by founders and upper management 11. No communication between the upper management. So at times you will act like an owl in Harry Potter carrying passive aggressive messages from one person to the other 12. Zero professionalism 13. Poor management 14. HR is incompetent and inept 15. Force people to write reviews which are then checked by the Founders 16. No perks whatsoever 17. Long work hours 18. Terrible work life balance 19. It is terrible. Toxic work culture. If 50+ hours of work don't deal psychological damage, the toxic work culture and politics will surely get you.
