The company is very good , and the work environment is also very good. A positive work environment would have routine training to improve efficiency and instil positive attitudes among employees.Everyone becomes more united with the organisation's mission in their mind. There is mutual respect among all employee's, regardless of their official statuses.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high sometimes. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

On time Salary that's it nothing like that.

They are giving you the post of Area Sales manager but your working nature is as a frontline sales person. They don't provide any team. You have to do secondary and primary. Travel expenses are worst. They given lately payment. No support from seniors. They are shouting and shouting nothing else. No visit. Only one guy has handled full northeast area. No credit support. Only cash & Carry business. After sale service disaster. No tracking for open calls. Overall they are just Ignoring the northeast area. They are not aggressive in the Northeast market.
