On time Salary that's it nothing like that.

They are giving you the post of Area Sales manager but your working nature is as a frontline sales person. They don't provide any team. You have to do secondary and primary. Travel expenses are worst. They given lately payment. No support from seniors. They are shouting and shouting nothing else. No visit. Only one guy has handled full northeast area. No credit support. Only cash & Carry business. After sale service disaster. No tracking for open calls. Overall they are just Ignoring the northeast area. They are not aggressive in the Northeast market.
