More than 12 hrs of work per day, sometimes weekend work, I went 30-40 days continuously without a single weekend leave, after a year I didn't get appraisal, salary are not on time, poor management.

The work pressure is very high when projects are going on. Managers expect unrealistic targets (sometimes).I had worked for 20-22 hours sometime. The worst thing is about management. They never give salary on time, PF money is deducted in salary on time but do not deposit in PF account even after years.

For working it is very nice, Can learn up to Concept design level (In BIW Welding Fixture Design) within few years compare to other companies. The main reason i left the company is no increment in salary even after years, Heavy delay in Salary
