2 star Corporate culture is always pathetic but this company has proved it!!! Rating it 2 star because salary package is only a good thing on which employee can survive. HR changes on daily basis and so their fake promises. Customer support department is a college where only attendance is compulsory and not what you do. Business process management department is a school so IJP cannot be applied because why would anyone join school after college. Design department here is the department which is always opposite of what company do. Anyways, at the end money matters so I have survived here because of money but I am glad that I left without taking any promotion because obviously increment and promotion hike is a joke here....Read More

in this company, our creativity is Finished No creative work here. The 3-month night shift is not good for our health. 3-3 months rotational shift. in this job, there is no work for skill and learning. Promotions and Appraisals are very few in my 4 years of work period.

I had some family issues due to which I could not come to the office for al least three months. One of the remarkable aspects of Group Bayport is their unwavering understanding. The company goes beyond to ensure employee satisfaction as they want to feel their employees comfortable. I had a great experience over there as Designer. I can say that I worked with a great company and also a wonderful team.

Everything is good but they need to improve their policies as they are giving fewer benefits to executives.

A very systematic company in every way. Policies are clear and transparent and they also listen to their employee's concerns. Learning opportunities are available in every process.

Shift timing is very flexible. But, it is only available for those, who have good relation with Manager.

Dislikes

There are many things. Politics in higher management. Work-life balance is zero. Appraisal is very low for all of the employee. Week off is floating. So, you will not get leave on Saturday and Sunday.

Good infrastructure and well-managed staff members. Team members are very close they share their ideas to work on hard projects. Management is good in and appreciates work.
