So far I could not see any drawback because I can reach to even senior authority for any of my issue and get resolved.

Wonderful people and projects. Tech used is niche and varied. You can get a lot of exposure to various tech very quickly. A lot of emphasis is given to learning and growth. Great perks and benefits.

Dislikes

Nothing major comes to mind, there are a few projects that are legacy and need to be upgraded. Even if we have newer versions of the same tool, the older tools are not quickly deprecated, this generates a lot of tech debt.
