I disliked the authoritative Management they have in place in India, I had many good ideas and tried to move them forward, tried to help the organisation. But there was no support. Management was very much active in micro managing of employee work. Due to this company going through high rate of Attrition. Employees are unhappy due to work volume, but limited resources.
