The school provides ample career growth opportunities . Training given from time to time helps us in upgrading our teaching skills and methodologies. The faculties and the management are highly co-operative. I am happy,indeed delighted working here.

Job security - There is nothing such as job security. If I am a valuable employee, the organization will always like me to work. I give my best, get positive feedback. I feel secured. I am happy working here. Work Culture - Everyone busy with their own work. Freedom of working - I enjoy it. Management - I have never sought any help from management. Our good health is given priority. Management wants us to be happy and healthy. It takes a good care of it. Training - Good number of trainings are provided. Wonderful infrastructure, hi tech devices and latest technology is used , supportive management, opportunity to explore yourself, a well maintained family like bonding in-between the colleagues, everyone works here merrily.

As of now , I found theres a lot of work pressure but at the same time the works are being acknowledged and appreciated.

Besides taking classes of Grade 12 th English, I do help the students in cultural programs like writing scripts for anchoring or plays which is my passion in life

The teaching learning experience has been wonderful. The campus is fully equipped with high-tech devices which creates a greater positive impact while teaching .The management is highly co-operative and encourages to learn more as a teacher by conducting various training time to time.

Design ILP, keep records and track the progress report of students frequently, assignment , workbook and worksheet creation .Follow up with parents regarding child's development in all aspects, conduct activity encouraging experiential learning .

Overall It was a great experience working in GIS. It is highly advance in terms of technique, application and manipulatives used.I have learnt life lessons from it. Dislikes

Every organization face some or other problem. Sometimes superiors try to manipulate their subordinates which also took place when I was there. The management should take some actions regarding it because only a satisfied employee can put great efforts.

Work Details

I was a pre primary teacher at GIS. It was quite challenging as I had to deal with kids. Apart from that we had to update many records for the school. The packed schedule was little bit hectic but later on I realised that it enhanced my working skills.
