3rd class company, if u r experience person then its better to look for some another company, For freshers be ready for a 2-3 Year bond. No job security Lala type company, even Lala type companies give you bonus or sweets on diwali, here only one pcs of cup cake of Rs 5. Rest you can imagine Very bad HR policies. No training of product/ application Do your Own R&D and implement the application. Good thing is u get your salary on time.
