This is a Good Company to work for... But for whom???? Here you will get work in addition to your skills. I have noticed, many people from junior to senior are given work OUTSIDE their skills... If you have good knowledge of the front end you will ask to get to work on your out-of-skill. Especially the QA team, freshers and juniorsafter more than 1 year, don't know how to test applications (performance and automation). Associate Software Engineers, don't know about their roles and responsibilities because senior product managers are not managing the proper teams.
