True corporate culture with seniors standing beside like friends,philosopher & guide.Puts more emphasis on long term working & growth within the organization.

This is not a dislike but I think local conveyance should be re considered keeping the ricing fuel prices presently.

Very good company. Very much professional company. Salary, expenses everything on time.

Dislikes

Managers will prefer their own close employees and will do nasty politics. Egoistic seniors. And will do lot of partiallity with new employees. Some managers feel like the company is of thier parents and accordingly treat with their immediate colleagues.
