Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. They do not provide accommodation to outsiders but they promise it.They asked me to live with another teacher's family for few days. They do not provide rhe promised salary as well as do not provide salary for the month before resignation.I had to file a complaint in employment office in Sirhind. The principal was extremely inappropriate which was fired by the management.Also the management is terrible....Read More
