Poor Management, All are Old adge and Too much political guys, No one any senior management members doesn't knows, what's going on ground, nighter they want to know... No one cares about the Passengers ( Customers) Every senior management guy is involved with mal practices. Upper management is Busy with...his own social advertisement...on LinkedIn.... etc Only making show off... But reallity is the different.. If any scenario happen ...they are putting all blaims on low cap employes head and terminate them immediately and making safe ourselves... Duty In-time is mandatory but there is no out time ...! Good Appraisals and promotions happen only Chhatu....employees...who doesn't know how run the show....or how the run industry... but they are onbarded through seniors management refferals......Read More

I recently interviewed with D.E. Shaw, and it turned out to be one of the most draining experiences I’ve had. The interviewer’s approach felt unnecessarily harsh and dismissive, which made the entire process uncomfortable. At multiple points, the interviewer asked me to drop off the call, even when I tried asking basic questions about the designation, job description, and other details. After the interview, I found myself sitting there for a few minutes, trying to process what just happened. It left me questioning the overall tone and professionalism of the interview. Definitely not the experience I was expecting from such a well-known firm.
