Likes

Nothing. Company is paying off people under false pretences. Suddenly they are pretending to layoff for performance etc. Even some Startups are better than this company and not resorting to layoff employees in this scenario. Very bad and shady practices are being carried out by people at top.

Dislikes

Everything. People at top management keeps changing. No stability and appraisal are very week. Lot of politics from top management. You success depends on how you fit in some one political agenda.

Work Details

Travelling consistent 70% of job. Rest is desk job. Work and dealer was good. Office politics took a tol on me.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
