Likes

We will have nice colleagues and good culture. We are given more responsibilities inorder to have growth in our career. We would definitely mentored to learn new things and strengthen in the areas that we feel weak.

Dislikes

Nothing to dislike in the sense of work culture. Sometimes certain things go overboard. And since we were all in Pandemic situation there is nothing to complain here.

I have been working in Great Learning for around 1yr and 4 months. I have not faced any critical issues. Everyone is supportive and give you ideas to grow in terms of skills and career. Due to covid we didn't get that much time together in the

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
