One of the reasons of joining was the vision. People were open to suggestions and would help you out. The satisfaction of helping someone in their career and helping them achieve their goals was the biggest motivation. A lot of exposure and learning along the way.

Dislikes

There are a few people in the organisation who are very toxic. But the sad part is when these concerns are highlighted people simply ignore them, even the leadership. The founders talk a lot about being people centric but that doesn’t mean anything when you don’t know how people in your organisation actually feel about it. People who have actually made a contribution do not get acknowledged due to a lot of internal politics. Work life balance is non existent.
