One of my friend was working here. Manager was not even cooperative. Buddy assigned didn't even respond to the queries. And unnecessary expectations within 1 -2 months and lots of pressure to complete the targets. Old leads were given where 85 percent of the people don't even pick up the call. Poor work culture and team. Try to frame my friend that he isn't working well by cutting and taking clips of call from between and sending to audit team. Toxic work culture . And asking employees to leave just after 2 months of work. Team was not cooperative (TL, Manager and AGM). Would recommend not to join this company.
