Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. Worst experience. If u r joining here make sure not to work on sat sunday dont go on false promises of managers, even HR will not support you. Will not recommed for professionals. Sat sun: no wage, Compoff have policy to be expired and trust me u will not able to avail it if it is in big amount Hr will make you feel like u are a threatening guy.
