They do understand employees if they face any problems and they try to perform some office activities to cool down the work pressure. The higher management is approachable.

Dislikes

Management does not appreciate hard work, initiatives like working on weekends, long hours, and going that extra mile for their company. You are rewarded with more work. In my case, 1 year of hard work and good performance did not spark any promotions. In return, people with low performance than me, who suck up to the bosses, got promotions over me.

Very un-Professional company, The upper management of the company is just a ridiculous, illl mannered and very un-professionals So pathetic that even my 10 yrs old cousins start up is far better then theirs, Please dont join this company

They have a tool called as Time Doctor, which is their way of micro-managing their employee they keep survillieance on their employees email, they deduct salary of employees if their time doctor is less Then 8hrs. The HR's here are very un-professional they on the command of the upper management do all the things. To those who thinks they give good incentive its a trap, not every1 gets it.

Everyone is really very helpful, amazing incentive structure, salary paid on time

Dislikes

As the company is new hardly been 2 years, hence, the HR policies aren't that well defined, No paid leaves, no health insurance, however they are trying their best to improve the policies and I am really hoping they will include this into their HR policy.

It's pretty good. They won't trouble you on the weekends and you just need to finish your work within the shift timings rest they won't say anything.
