I worked as a Digital Marketing Manager at Gravity Homes for two years and it was a great experience. The company provides a very good work environment where you can learn new things, not just in digital marketing but also about other parts of the real estate business. One of the best things about Gravity Homes is the people I worked with. My Boss was Excellent and I also had the opportunity to work with great managers Like Mr. Vinod, Mr. Raghavan, Mr Pradeep and Mr Anil. They were all very helpful and supportive, even though they were from different departments their help made it easieer for me to achieve my goals and do good work. Working with them was inspiring and made my job enoyable. Gravity Homes is focused on getting good results, but it also creates a supportive and stree-free work culture. The company values commitment, quality and countinous learning, making it a great place to build a career. My time at Gravity Homes was so positive that I would happily go back to work there without thinking twice. Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
