Work life balance is good for employees.
Dislikes
Salary issued date was never fixed.they distribute according to company benifts.
appraisals are the jokes, managment, HOD was not worried about their team.
They hold incentives for the whole year and they take the financial benifts from employees funds.Company waits for the employees separation to take their incentives benfits for personal use.
HR policies has been amended according to the need of the company's.
MD was also not concerned about employees benefits.
Zero exposure about skills.
There is no R&R for employees.
