In my daily work routine at Gravita, I enjoy the excellent facilities provided by the company. The work environment is pleasant, and I appreciate the resources and amenities available to employees.

However, one aspect that I find challenging is the appraisal and salary benefits process. It often takes an extended period for the company to make decisions in this regard. It would be beneficial if the decision-making process regarding appraisals and salary benefits could be expedited . There is no job security, they can kick you out any time as per there wish. Its a hire and fire company. Management is not clear on their goals they just have typical mindset of 'kabaadi' they treat their employees also like scrap especially in overseas locations.

They treat Appraisals like jokes, they use to put all increment in variable pay and variable pay they never dispersed timely. Some time after the leaving of the employee
