Is no respect ASM at the store and no support Abm. If it SM doing wrong if say Abm so Abm not taking action. SM not doing any work simply roaming here and there. Most of lunch time SM take more than 2 0r 3 hour's. If say Abm no action will take. I want to know if SM doing any store work they and inform to ASM right. If I'll ask SM will take why I should ask you. What is the point of ASM.
