Company culture is good. Lot of benefits offered like mediclaim insurance for family including parents upto 30 lacs at nominal cost, car policy for employees, 5 days working, code red facility offered to employees wherein all emergency support like ambulance services or any medical help is offered in any place in India.

HR role is very careless, cost cutting in employees salary, Manager behaves like god so you have to be follow his every order it may right or wrong. HR rules is not applicable on employees job profile. Manager will define that what should we have to do. Overall management is not on right path.

Company culture and senior management attitude are not satisfactory.Mainly Management policy for middle management is very poor.Good people are waiting long long time for promotion and better scope. Appraisal system is totally eye washing. Moreover political interference is hampering work culture. Wrong decision of Senior managementis also hampering quality, productivity dur to it customers are not willing to take material from it.
