During my 21 years at graphite i had the opportunity to work with the best set of professionals who provided me ample space to grow and flourish both professionally and as a human. GIL is no big fancy on the exterior, but the core values instilled in it by its founders and Senior management does instil in you a sense of pride, satisfaction and overall development. Scope for improvement exists on the Hr front vis-a-vis termination policy whether it be on integrity issues or disciplinary issues. Otherwise there isnt anything negative about the company.
