Mr Alok Gupta is a horrific person. He has taken over the reigns from his father but doesn't know how to run a company. He is very insecure about his company and goes into micromanaging things. He has turned the company into a lala company.

The directors & the staff very supportive. Always work on old & new projects & clients of events & media with new challenges & give new comers & the staff a chance to grow & get experience... which is great support from the company 👍 Good bonuses paid to the employees as per company policies to the employees every year.

Dislikes

The person on the higher post in staff has always more value if the lowest post person does the target...the higher one is appreciated more ...

Work Details

Job is quite interesting & tough too, with new challenges & projects to handle of corporate clients, events & media.but it's enjoyable everything has a new experience to learn.
