Everything. They have pathetic managers who only favour their favourite employees they don’t care about your well being. They will make you a slave of their clients, they won’t even care if the client abuses you or even slap you.

No job security. I relocated from Bangalore to Delhi to join Grapes and due to some reasons, they lost their clients and asked the whole team of 22 people to leave the company with one month notice. I worked their for just 3 months and some didn’t even complete 2 months in the office. No hierarchy. A person with not even 1 year of experience is leading people who have 6 years of experience.
