When i worked in grapes mumbai office, it had a good design team, copy team and client servicing team. I got learn and work with various big client and help to develop my portfolio. If you are conplete fresher its good place to start and get experience upto one year. But cant stay longer.

Dislikes

Grapes management is not stable. Human resource policies and working not great. Management dont appreciate the work. Due to funds issues and most of the clients leaving the organisation, grapes removed lot of there experiencend employees. Most of them resigned due to poor managment. Most of the experienced employees shoes got filledwith new fresher employees. Mumbai account manager was not able to handle accounts and not able to bring new accounts on board....Read More
