Organised ticket visa booking and accommodation very good. Salary is very satisfied all over india best salary. Work culture is good but promotion you should not expect. And also job safety is very low.

At any time they will send off from job you should not ask..even though there is no reason..

So far so good the benefits are good and the accommodation.I travel a lots for my assignment or outage.

Dislikes

Only i feel hurt and I expect much that I can retired at the age of 60 but unfortunately I was one of manpower reduction and my son did not pursue his study.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
