Encouraging talks from the management people. Co-ordination for work and communication has been much transparent till date. Company policies are in favour of employees. It's an people-first company.

One major thing coming from self perspective is emphasis is given on comfort during tasks. Otherwise, nothing specific!!

Overall experience has been great so far!! Learning curve gets sharpened when working with a reputed market research organisation. Associated people within and outside the team have been open for work related discussion at any given time. Growth assured.

No job security, will put you on PIP for cost cutting while giving you lame reasons. During appraisal cycle only the favorites will get a decent hike, while others who've worked hard would get peanuts. Will make u work even on Saturdays. No overtime pay, but they will make you work after hours too

Nothing. The company decided to fire the entire editing team with only a month’s notice to replace editors with an AI software.

Management does not communicate with the employees at all. All decisions are conveyed through emails. Appraisals are next to non existent and hard word is not appreciated.

My experience with Grand view research is very disappointing, primarily due to leadership and management dynamics. The team lead (specifically one of the ICT team) lacks the essential leadership qualities such as effective communication, empathy and the ability to motivate the team. The management also seem to be highly partial, failing to recognize the efforts of hardworking employees. Despite putting continuous efforts there is no little acknowledgement. Instead, the focus tends to be criticism and complaints, which is really demotivating for the team. The company was initially good but with money comes lot of issues. They started firing employees unnecessarily citing performance issues invalid reasons and wiped out several teams like editing, social media, keeping only one or two who joined since the company's inception.
