Good but not much experience about hotel.

Dislikes

As per now situation Grand Hyatt not supporting about fooding and lodging I'm facing lots of problem I'm inform to my respected manager and hotel management. I'm not getting any response from Grand Hyatt.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
