Amazing work environment, very co-operative & helpful founders which always guides & motivates you. Above all they consider you as humans & not corporate majdoor. Company is flexible in trying you out in different roles if needed.

Dislikes

Few people are very much into politics and sitting at crucial positions, especially strategy team. Nothing else.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
