Grameen phone is a big company. All are good if there is job security. I was worked there last 11years. but now i have to change my job because of some resonance. Other wise i can say grameenphone is the best.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
