1. Coordination between bank BM, TSP and BC 2. Day to day monitoring JLG loan. Verify new group which was selected by BC for JLG. 3. Selection of BC and train them to work with RBI guideline 4. Daily reporting to DM

My work was slightly challenging as I have to look after the entire product marketing in lower Assam. on the base of my personal research, I was effort all the travel involved during my working period. Overall, it was a great learning experience.
