It was not so good not so bad experience for me in this company,but this company treat their employees in very well manner. Since we work from home for entire year company didn't through us out from the system infact. Company has support us and provide us minimum wage to support our financial situation. I always be feel great to have such a great company like this.

There's nothing like to be dislike in this company, rest politics and partiality is normal thing in most of the companies, management is little bit careless or miss management in some portion for the ground team but overall it was good.

Strict 6 days working if you are in Operations departments, quite hectic. During the time of interview I have asked for min 15-20% Hike, but they didn't provided me that. They just matched the remuneration with my previous company CTC.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
